Green List (high evidence)

PMIDs 32741963, 33211200, 35172124 and 38277113 report a total of 5 unrelated families with biallelic loss‑of‑function or missense TERB1 variants causing male infertility (non‑obstructive azoospermia with spermatogenic arrest) and  2 unrelated families with primary female infertility (diminished ovarian reserve). The variants include frameshift, stop‑gain and missense changes; mouse Terb1 knockout recapitulates the meiotic‑arrest phenotype.
