Multiple additional families reported with AR ACT1 deficiency and biallelic TRAF31P2 variants predicted to result in LoF. Chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis is a key phenotypic feature. Functional assays demonstrate loss of protein expression and impaired IL‑17 signaling.
