Green List (high evidence)

14 individuals from 10 families reported. All had moderate to profound neurodevelopmental delay, intellectual disability, and infantile-onset epilepsy. Six were nonverbal, and the remaining individuals spoke only a few words. Five individuals had neurodevelopmental regression. Three individuals died suddenly; death was associated with seizures or status epilepticus in two. Thirteen individuals had hypotonia, 5 had visual impairment, 5 had microcephaly, and 1 had hearing loss. Brain MRIs showed cortical or cerebral atrophy in 11, delayed myelination in 6, and diffuse demyelinating disease in 1.
