Growth failure
Gene: SCUBE3
Eighteen affected individuals from nine unrelated families reported with a consistent phenotype characterised by reduced growth, skeletal features, distinctive craniofacial appearance, and dental anomalies. Mouse model recapitulated phenotype. Can present with growth retardation antenatally.
