Pontocerebellar hypoplasia (PCH) represents a group of recessive developmental disorders characterized by impaired growth of the pons and cerebellum, which frequently follows a degenerative course. Affected individuals with TBC1D23-related PCH also have microcephaly, psychomotor delay, and ataxia (PMID: 28823706).

Onset in early infancy, non-progressive in most patients (OMIM).
