CDG2K is an autosomal recessive disorder with a variable phenotype, characterised by DD/ID and growth retardation/short stature. Other features include dysmorphism, hypotonia, eye abnormalities, acquired microcephaly, hepatomegaly, and skeletal dysplasia. Serum transferrin analysis shows a CDG type II pattern.
