Green List (high evidence)

Three families reported with a BBS phenotype - ciliary dysfunction, rod-cone dystrophy, postaxial polydactyly, truncal obesity, renal anomalies, and learning disability, as well as hypogonadism in males and genital abnormalities in females.

More than 10 families reported with skeletal ciliopathy - characterized by a constricted thoracic cage, short ribs, shortened tubular bones, and a 'trident' appearance of the acetabular roof.

3 families reported with RP phenotype. RP onset can be in second decade.

Supportive zebrafish models.
