Green List (high evidence)

1 individual with primary ovarian insufficiency from consanguineous with homozygous loss-of-function variant in SPIDR identified on WES (p.Val301GlufsTer7). Segregation revealed parents and fertile siblings as carriers. Mouse Spidr knockout recapitulated female sub‑fertility.
